Club rules

1. No spamming the club or its members.
2. Be respectful of the members, we welcome everyone who is in support of Satanism. (LaVey, Traditional, or others)
3. Be respectful of other's creed when representing our club. (Don't go to a Christian group and spam them using our name, etc.)
4. You do NOT have to post art to be a member
5. Art MUST be Satanism-related.
6. Try to keep all comments intelligent, legible, and respectful.

Joining

Send a note entitled "Joining dASatanists" or something to that effect to the club. Inside please include:

Indicate if you are a Satanist or not. If so, include what denomination you follow.

What you hope to gain from joining.

What, for you, sparked the study, practice, and/or simple interest in Satanism.

What is your understanding of Satanism? (If you're joining to learn, and know little to nothing of Satanism, say so in your application. You will not be denied if you're un- or under-educated about Satanism as long as you carry with you an open mind.)

REMEMBER: When reading anything written by Satanists, keep in mind they tend to be a bit . . . theatrical. LaVey, for example, tended to "butter" people up with sentences that could basically translate to "you are the epitomy of all that is awesome." While it is a good ploy if you are attempting to sell your books and gain followers to your religion, unfortunately a complete idiot could read the Bible and feel like he is Master Of The Universe. Satanism just plain makes you feel good about yourself. But just because a person agrees with our views, does not mean they put forth a good example of a Satanist. Remember, pretentiousness and self-deceit are sin to a Satanist. If you see someone here or elsewhere who is going beyond theatrical and "eccentric" into cloud-nine, realize that we probably don't like them either! Some people use Satanism as an excuse for their vices, insecurities, and stupidity; this is not what it is intended for!!
